All Wedding Wisdom members have the opportunity to submit questions for each expert prior to each session, which will be curated and added to the format. This is an invaluable opportunity and resource, and is only exclusively available to the Bridekick Wedding Wisdom community. Cancellation Policy

At Bridekick, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to adjust your plans. Please review our cancellation policy for the Wedding Wisdom Membership below to understand your options. Cancellation by You: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your annual Wedding Wisdom Membership within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@bridekick.com.au with your order details. Cancellation After 14 Days (Annual Membership): If you wish to cancel your annual membership after the 14-day cooling-off period, you may do so at any time by contacting us at hello@bridekick.com.au. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cooling-off period. You will continue to have access to the Wedding Wisdom Membership until the end of your current billing cycle. Weekly Membership: The weekly membership can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid week, with no further charges applied. Please note that the weekly membership does not include access to the digital planning toolkit. Cancellation by Bridekick: We reserve the right to terminate your membership and access to the Wedding Wisdom program if you violate our terms of service or engage in behavior that is harmful to our community or brand. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. Changes to the Program: Bridekick reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Wedding Wisdom Membership or any part of it without prior notice. If the program is discontinued, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining duration of your membership. How to Cancel: To cancel your Wedding Wisdom Membership, please follow these steps: Email us at hello@bridekick.com.au with the subject line "Wedding Wisdom Cancellation." Include your full name, email address, and order number in the email. Provide a brief reason for your cancellation (optional, but appreciated). Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
